Version 2026-10-12 · Applies from publication.
1. About this website
Meal Circle (ABN 63 874 126 787), referred to as we, us or our, operates this marketing website. These terms govern browsing, enquiries and participation in our service-planning surveys. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
This website describes our service and invites expressions of interest. Browsing, completing a survey or joining a launch list does not place an order, reserve stock, create an account, create a subscription or guarantee access to a launch. Ordering is governed by the Account and Platform Terms and the Order Terms presented in the ordering service.
2. Availability and descriptions
Our service coordinates orders from participating restaurants and scheduled delivery to enabled collection points. Restaurants sell the food they supply. Actual menus, sellers, prices, service areas, order cutoffs and collection windows are shown in the ordering service before you commit.
Marketing images are illustrative unless expressly described as the item offered. We take reasonable care with descriptions and correct material errors when identified. We do not use this qualification to excuse misleading information. References to accommodation providers or universities do not imply endorsement or an agreement with them.
3. Enquiries, surveys and participation
Provide information you are entitled to share and do not impersonate someone else. You may skip optional questions. Dietary survey answers help service planning and do not request a meal modification or guarantee that a meal will be suitable for you. Do not include medical records, identity documents or another person's private information in an enquiry.
A restaurant or accommodation enquiry does not create a partnership, agency, exclusivity arrangement or supply commitment. Separate commercial arrangements must be agreed before participation. No reward or competition entry arises from a survey unless separate offer rules expressly say so.
4. Privacy, cookies and messages
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain collection, providers and choices. Optional tracking and promotional messages have separate choices. Using the website or acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not consent to advertising or sensitive-information collection. Necessary replies to your enquiry may be sent whether or not you choose marketing.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may browse and use the website for lawful personal purposes and genuine business enquiries. Do not interfere with security or availability, obtain information without authorisation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person or misuse forms to send spam.
Our branding, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and use content as permitted by law. Other reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission. You retain rights in material you submit and permit us to use it only as reasonably necessary to answer your enquiry, process your submission and operate the relevant service. Identifiable testimonials or images will not be reused in advertising without separate permission.
6. Links and availability
External websites and social services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent conduct, but remain responsible for our own representations and obligations. We use reasonable care in operating this website. Maintenance, faults or network interruptions can affect access. Contact us if an interruption affects an enquiry or an existing order.
7. Your rights and our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by law. These terms do not impose a blanket indemnity, waive liability for our negligence or require compulsory private arbitration.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for operational or legal reasons and publish the revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively. They do not change an accepted order or retrospectively authorise a new use of personal information.
Use the Contact us form at https://mealcircle.com.au/contact for questions or complaints. Select the relevant topic and include an order reference if applicable. We aim to acknowledge ordinary complaints within two business days and provide an outcome or useful update within ten business days. These targets do not limit your rights.
Queensland law applies subject to mandatory protections available to you. You may use a competent court or tribunal and seek help from your local consumer agency. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible.
